Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to act as the operational anchor of the property. You will deputise for the General Manager, coaching Heads of Department across F&B, Rooms, and Host teams to meet commercial targets without compromising guest experience.

You will lead by example, champion our Excellence standards, and drive improvements in guest satisfaction, cost control, and team development, while nurturing a culture of ownership and integrity.

Responsibilities

• The Commercial Engine: drive the Big 4 metrics—food costs, wet margins, energy, and payroll—with data-driven payroll alignment and KPI tracking.
• People Leadership: coach, mentor and manage Heads of Department; foster internal promotions from Team Leader level.
• Standards: champion Excellence, run audits, and ensure ReviewPro and Mystery Dining targets are met across all departments.
