The Guest Experience Lead at KFC Chester welcomes guests with energy, assists with digital orders, and keeps service moving smoothly. You’ll greet guests, answer menu questions, and help them use kiosks or the app to order like a pro.

You’ll spot and solve problems on the fly, support the team, and contribute to elevating daily service standards while staying true to the KFC experience.
