Job summary

The Guest Experience Lead at KFC Bournemouth will be the friendly face that welcomes guests and helps with digital orders to ensure smooth service. You’ll assist teammates, spot issues, and raise the bar for great service every day, using strong communication and a calm, proactive approach in a fast-paced restaurant.

Qualifications

• Great communication — friendly, clear, confident with everyone.
• Ability to think fast and fix issues on the fly.
• Familiar with digital ordering; comfortable using kiosks and the app.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with energy and a smile to make them feel valued.
• Know the menu inside out; answer questions and highlight promos.
• Help guests with kiosks or the app and show how to order confidently.
• Keep things moving; monitor crowd flow and keep guests informed about progress.
• Handle complaints calmly and involve the Team Leader or GM when needed.
