Job summary

Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club in East Grinstead is seeking an experienced Conference and Banqueting Supervisor to support the Conference & Banqueting Manager and team. This role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of service to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will lead a small team, oversee event operations, develop strong hotel product knowledge and contribute to up-selling opportunities.
