Job summary

Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club is seeking an experienced Conference and Banqueting Supervisor to support the Conference & Banqueting Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and profitable events.

You will develop in-depth product knowledge, coordinate function details, and supervise the Conference & Banqueting team to maintain the hotel’s high standards and ensure smooth operation across events.

Qualifications

Have enthusiasm, dedication and passion for food, drinks and people.
Excellent customer care skills and attention to detail.
Supervisory experience within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
Good time management and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

To provide the highest quality of guest service.
To develop outstanding Hotel product knowledge and be aware of the Hotel’s competitive advantages.
To exceed expectations and offer a personal and informative service to enhance the enjoyment of the guest and maximise up-selling opportunities.
In the absence of the Conference & Banqueting Manager or Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager to oversee Conference & Banqueting operations, ensuring the highest standards of service.
To be a professional ambassador for the hotel and the wider Elite group in all business relationships.
