Ashford International Hotel & Spa, located in Ashford, Kent, not far from London, seeks a capable supervisor to lead a team and deliver a high standard of guest experience. You’ll work with your team to drive revenue and ensure training to upsell and explain promotions to guests.

The 4-star, 179-bedroom property offers Horizon restaurant, Quench bar, afternoon tea, private dining, meetings and event spaces, plus leisure facilities and spa experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.
