Job summary

National Trust in Dunstable Downs is seeking a Welcome and Service Assistant for 22.5 hours across 3 days. You will greet visitors, share local knowledge, and answer questions to ensure a memorable visit.

Outdoor role in all weathers, delivering customer service, promoting memberships, and supporting events such as the Easter Trail and Summer activities. Weekend and school holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Willing to work alternate weekends and during school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide information.
• Assist with selling National Trust memberships.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help meet team targets.
• Induct new volunteers and support on-site events.
• Promote and deliver our events programme (e.g., Easter Trail, Summer events).
