Job summary

Tenpin is opening a brand new family entertainment centre in Blackpool in June 2026 and we will be hosting a Recruitment Event on 6 May 2026. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistants who thrive on creating smiles and exceeding expectations.

As a Customer Service Assistant you’ll manage reception bookings, handle inquiries, host events, and support across lanes, escape rooms, karaoke rooms, and the bar.

Qualifications

• Strong determination and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adopt a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude and strive for excellence.
• Excellent customer service with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and respond to inquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Maintain cleanliness and prepare food and drinks behind the bar.
• Oversee activity across lanes, escape rooms, karaoke rooms, laser tag and soft play.
• Be cross-skilled across all departments to assist guests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and ease.
