Job summary

Tenpin - Blackpool seeks energetic Customer Service Assistants to deliver an exceptional guest experience at a brand-new family entertainment centre in Blackpool. You will handle reception bookings, inquiries, and sales opportunities, while assisting across multiple activity areas.

You’ll be involved in bar service, food prep, and event hosting, with a focus on teamwork and delivering smiles in a fast-paced environment.

We are opening a brand new, state of the art family entertainment centre Blackpool in June 2026. To build this brilliant Blackpool team, we will be holding a Recruitment Event on 6 May 2026.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, preparing food and serving alcohol and soft drinks behind the bar.

But that's not all - you'll also be hands-on in managing our 24 lanes, 3 escape rooms, 2 karaoke rooms, laser tag and soft play, to keep the energy high and the fun flowing. We're all about variety, so you won't be stuck in one spot! You'll be cross-skilled across all departments. Whether you're helping guests at reception, or shaking up drinks behind the bar, every day will bring something new.
