Job summary

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is opening a new family entertainment centre in Blackpool, with a recruitment event on 6 May 2026. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will manage reception bookings, handle inquiries, and spot sales opportunities while helping guests across lanes, escape rooms, karaoke rooms, and other attractions.

You’ll also assist with food and drink service, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and work across departments.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication and people skills.
• Able to multi-task with attention to detail across departments.
• Proactive and friendly approach to guests.
• Work well in a team and support colleagues.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at reception, manage bookings and inquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote offerings.
• Host events and ensure smooth operations behind the bar.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist with food preparation and alcohol/soft drink service.
• Work across lanes, escape rooms, karaoke rooms and play areas to keep guests engaged.
