Tenpin is opening a brand new family entertainment centre in Blackpool in June 2026 and we will be hosting a Recruitment Event on 6 May 2026. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistants who thrive on creating smiles and exceeding expectations.

As a Customer Service Assistant you’ll manage reception bookings, handle inquiries, host events, and support across lanes, escape rooms, karaoke rooms, and the bar.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and respond to inquiries.

• Be cross-skilled across all departments to assist guests.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, preparing food and serving alcohol and soft drinks behind the bar.

But that's not all - you'll also be hands-on in managing our 24 lanes, 3 escape rooms, 2 karaoke rooms, laser tag and soft play, to keep the energy high and the fun flowing. We're all about variety, so you won't be stuck in one spot! You'll be cross-skilled across all departments. Whether you're helping guests at reception, or shaking up drinks behind the bar, every day will bring something new.
