Job summary

Tenpin - Blackpool seeks energetic Customer Service Assistants to deliver an exceptional guest experience at a brand-new family entertainment centre in Blackpool. You will handle reception bookings, inquiries, and sales opportunities, while assisting across multiple activity areas.

You’ll be involved in bar service, food prep, and event hosting, with a focus on teamwork and delivering smiles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Be approachable and helpful with guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and inquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Maintain cleanliness and serve food and drinks at the bar.
• Be hands-on across lanes, escape rooms, karaoke rooms, laser tag and soft play.
• Cross-skill across all departments to assist guests.
