Job summary

Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to ensure a fantastic guest experience at our leisure centre in the United Kingdom. You will handle reception bookings, answer enquiries, and spot sales opportunities while hosting events across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, Karaoke and children’s parties.

You should be efficient, proactive and friendly, with a confident approach to customer interactions and a commitment to first-class service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a 'no trouble' attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Friendly, proactive, and confident in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and enquiries.
• Host events and experiences across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, Karaoke rooms and children’s parties.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
