Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, friendly greeting to members and guests on arrival.
• Run the reception desk efficiently, record booking details accurately, and control club entry.
• Keep the reception area clean and maintain neat personal presentation at all times.
• Develop product knowledge across the hotel and assist with promotions and opening times.
• Follow cash handling, security, and Health & Safety procedures.
