Responsibilities

• Delivering a warm, friendly greeting on arrival and ensuring expectations are met at every opportunity.
• Running the desk efficiently, recording all booking details accurately, and ensuring only bona fide members and guests gain entry to the club.
• Keeping the reception area clean and ready to welcome people, while maintaining impeccable personal presentation at all times.
• Mastering product knowledge across the hotel, assisting with promotions, and offering great advice on facilities and opening times.
• Adhering to cash handling, security, and health and safety procedures.
