Job summary

Cornwall Staff Agency Limited is recruiting on behalf of a well-established hotel in East Devon for a friendly, professional Hotel Receptionist. The role includes guest check-in/out, handling bookings, answering calls, and delivering excellent customer service.

Shifts are a mix of early and late patterns (7.30am–3.30pm and 2.30pm–10.30pm), 5 days over 7 including weekends. Start date ASAP. Training provided if needed.

• GCSE Maths and English Grade 4+.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Answer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to emails and relay information to departments.
• Carry out general administrative duties, including hotel banking.
• Provide a welcoming and professional service to guests.
• Maintain a clean, tidy reception area and functioning equipment.
• Follow health and safety and other relevant policies.
