Job summary

Tenpin is looking for a customer service assistant to join our fun, high-energy team. You will handle reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities and help run events across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and more.

We value confidence, energy and a positive attitude. Roles are fully flexible, including evenings and weekends, and we welcome applicants aged 16 and over to join our fantastic workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries to ensure a smooth experience for guests.
• Host events and activities across Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms and children's parties.
• Serve food and drinks while maintaining a clean, welcoming centre.
