Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience across our venues in the UK. You will check guests in at reception, answer questions, and spot sales opportunities while hosting parties and supporting food delivery to lanes.

The role spans across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms, with a focus on teamwork and a friendly, proactive approach. Join a fun, fast-paced environment where first-rate service, initiative and reliability are valued.

Responsibilities

• Book customers in at reception and greet guests.
• Answer customer questions and spot sales opportunities.
• Host children's parties and oversee experiences across departments.
• Deliver food to lanes and keep the centre clean and tidy.
• Work across areas such as Laser Arena, Escape Room and karaoke lounges.
