Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking a Hotel Staff member to deliver memorable guest experiences and support front-of-house operations at our country-style pubs. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and guide them to a relaxing visit, while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Heartfelt customer service experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Strong teamwork and communication in fast-paced pub environment.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Meet and greet customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
