Job summary

Greene King is seeking Waiting Staff to deliver memorable experiences in our Chef & Brewer pubs. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and work with the team to provide warm, friendly service in a relaxed country-style setting.

Know the menu, recommend dishes and drinks, support the bar, and ensure front-of-house safety and cleanliness. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential, with opportunities to grow within our well-known brands and pubs across the country.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Have a great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Know the menu inside out, offering recommendations to customers.
• Greet, serve food, and look after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Assist the bar in preparing drinks that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
