Job summary

Greene King is seeking Hotel Staff to welcome guests at our Chef & Brewer venues. You will help create memorable moments, from greeting guests to guiding them to their rooms, with a focus on excellent service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure a smooth stay.
• Keep the front of house safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues promptly.
