Job summary

Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, and hosting events across multiple attractions such as Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms.

You will serve food and drinks, keep the centre clean and welcoming, and work across departments to support children’s parties and events. This role requires energy, confidence and a proactive, friendly approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
• Work across departments, from Laser Arena to Escape Room experiences and karaoke rooms.
• Support children’s parties and group events.
