Job summary

Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to provide an outstanding customer experience by managing reception bookings and answering enquiries. You will help identify sales opportunities, host events, and maintain clean and safe areas across the centre.

You’ll work across Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke, bar service and more. The ideal candidate is proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions with a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised, strong attention to detail and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and enquiries to create an excellent customer experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events across the centre.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across all areas.
• Prepare food and drinks for customers.
• Work across departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke, and bar service.
• Be proactive, friendly and confident in customer interactions to prioritise service.
