Job summary

Placements24's client is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and respond to inquiries. You will be the first contact and help ensure guests have a comfortable stay.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multitasking skills, be proficient with PMS and standard office software, and be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Manage reservations, payments, and billing accurately.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and share hotel information.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to meet guest needs.
