Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. You will maximise room revenues in line with company standards, provide efficient and courteous service, and ensure total guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of PMS Guestline/Rezlynx is advantageous but full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of PMS Guestline/Rezlynx is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with the days business, including arrivals, departures, and requests.
• Handle check-in and check-out per Company Standards.
• Understand guests’ requirements during check-in/out.
• Manage cash, card, float and till procedures per policy.
• Know hotel services and local area to assist guests.
• Attend daily team meetings when required.
• Maximise sales through up-selling and promotions.
• Handle guest inquiries and bookings promptly and courteously.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Operate telephone system professionally and per Company Standards.
