Job summary

Tenpin Swindon is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries and identifying sales opportunities throughout a busy centre.

You’ll host events across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms, serve food and drinks, keep the centre clean and welcoming, and work flexibly including evenings and weekends with a friendly, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment; confident, proactive and friendly service.
• Flexible including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and answering enquiries.
