Job summary

Tenpin Sheffield is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience across reception bookings, enquiries and events. You will host activities from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and karaoke, while maintaining a clean, welcoming centre.

The role requires you to be energetic, confident in customer interactions and a strong team player with a can-do attitude for a busy, fun environment.

• Determined and enthusiastic, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and answering enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events, serve food and drinks, and keep the centre clean.
• Work across Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms, and children’s parties.
