Job summary

Tenpin in Manchester is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a superb guest experience by managing reception bookings, handling enquiries, and supporting events. You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere as you serve food and drinks and help keep the centre running smoothly.

You’ll work across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and children’s parties, staying efficient, proactive and friendly with a priority on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Efficient, proactive and friendly with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and answering enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms and children’s parties.
