Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd in Belfast is seeking a friendly Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide efficient front-desk service that sets the tone for every stay.

You will act as the local expert on brunch spots, hidden gems and hotel services, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are met with a smile.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and local knowledge enhance guest experience.
• Ability to manage reservations, check-ins/check-outs and front-desk requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out process with a warm, efficient approach.
• Provide information on local dining, attractions and hotel services to guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and requests are fulfilled.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a smooth stay.
