Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead the Reception Team and deliver excellent service across guest stays at our UK hotels. You’ll oversee front desk operations, resolve guest concerns and drive reservations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will train staff, enforce service standards and maintain positive guest relationships, while ensuring our hotels run smoothly and reflect Aimbridge’s brand values.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills to manage and motivate the guest services team.
• First class customer service skills to handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Organisational skills to manage reservations and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
• Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures, including room rates and check-in/check-out.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Reception Team and ensure guests receive excellent service during their stay.
• Manage the front desk, handle guest complaints, manage reservations, and ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Assist the head of department in training staff and enforcing guest service policies.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests.
