Job summary

Qualifications

• Passion for people and hospitality; experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong communication and ability to work well in a team.
• Proactive, can identify what needs doing and act on it; comfortable with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support check-in/out, food and beverage service, conference setups and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
• Represent our values and culture with guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
