Job summary

Premier Inn in Plymouth is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, check them in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service. The role also involves answering questions, solving problems, and keeping public areas tidy, with a focus on guest care from arrival to departure.

Permanent part-time position paying up to £13.06 per hour, with 12 hours guaranteed per week, based at 1 Lockyers Quay, Coxside, Plymouth. Training and team support provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable when greeting guests.
• Able to stay calm and professional in busy periods.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
