Premier Inn in Thetford is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service as part of a friendly hotel team.

This role involves shifts including evenings and weekends, 15 guaranteed hours per week, and a permanent contract. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour, location Lynn Wood Road, Maine Street, Thetford, IP24 3PG.

No two days are the same and no hotel experience is required; the team supports guests from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, helpful and able to stay calm when busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support teammates across the hotel when it’s busy.
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
