Job summary

Whitbread’s Liskeard Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a 16-hour-per-week, permanent basis. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast or dinner service, including bar duties. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and keep the hotel’s public areas neat and welcoming.

There’s no requirement for previous hotel experience; training is provided. You’ll work as part of a busy team, covering evenings and weekends, with opportunities to learn and grow

Qualifications

• No prior hotel experience required.
• Friendly and helpful attitude with customers; able to stay calm in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
