Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for the Yeovil Airfield Premier Inn. This 20-hour-per-week role pays up to £13.06 per hour and involves welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins, and serving meals and drinks to ensure guests have a smooth stay.

No two shifts are the same, and you’ll assist with breakfast, evening meals, and guest inquiries while maintaining a welcoming environment at the Yeovil site.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and helpful with guests.
• Stay calm when it’s busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
