Premier Inn Yeovil Airfield is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner, ensuring their stay runs smoothly.

Shifts include evenings and weekends. Location is Alvington Lane, Brympton, Yeovil. Permanent contract with 20 guaranteed hours per week, pay up to £13.06 per hour. No hotel experience required; friendly, calm people who can handle busy times are encouraged to apply. Training provided to grow within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
