Job summary

Premier Inn Bodmin is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to help guests from arrival to departure. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, and contribute to breakfast or dinner service, including bar duties. No two shifts are the same, and you’ll rotate across the hotel to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• No prior hotel experience required; friendly and helpful attitude encouraged.
• Able to stay calm and professional during busy periods.
• Willingness to learn and assist across hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy periods.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
