Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member at Bodmin Premier Inn. You'll welcome guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with 9 guaranteed hours per week and a pay rate up to £13.06 per hour.

No prior hotel experience is required. If you’re friendly, calm under pressure, and enjoy helping people, we’ll train you. You’ll be part of a supportive team and have opportunities to learn new skills and grow.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and presentable.
• Support teammates during busy periods to keep the hotel running smoothly.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
