Job summary

MERKUR Slots in Bristol is seeking a Team Member to deliver a welcoming customer experience in a fast-paced venue. You will be part of a team, sharing duties across housekeeping, service rounds and promotions, with shifts that include weekends and Bank Holidays.

The role requires strong customer service, flexibility, and the ability to work on your own initiative. Training will be provided to ensure compliance and high standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Experienced delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and dedicated.
• Attention to detail.
• Industry and compliance training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is maintained to high standards.
• Provide service rounds and refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and note any suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration as required to 100% accuracy.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and escalation procedures for complaints.
• Maintain professional personal presentation and knowledge of products.
• Understand safeguarding policies and challenge 25 where applicable.
