Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is kept to a high standard, including gaming equipment, floors and walls
• Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines
• Monitor customer behaviour and flag suspicious or disruptive activity
• Assist with administration to maintain 100% accuracy
• Help promotions run smoothly and successfully
• Provide customer service in line with company standards to achieve customer satisfaction
• Own and resolve problems, escalating when appropriate and in line with the complaints policy
• Interact with customers throughout your shift and log interactions per policies
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to the brand dress code
