Qualifications

• Genuine passion for people and hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check in/out, food & drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt approach to individuals.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards by delivering outstanding service every shift.
• Represent our values and guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
