No hotel experience is required—friendly, calm, and proactive applicants will be trained. You’ll work across shifts including evenings, weekends, and busy periods to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
