Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member at our Epsom venue. You’ll greet guests, assist with check-in, and help serve breakfast or dinner, contributing to a smooth guest experience.

No hotel experience is required; if you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest. You’ll rotate through reception, restaurant and public areas to support the team.

Qualifications

• No prior hotel experience required; entrants from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service are welcome.
• Friendly, enjoys helping people and stays calm when busy; we’ll teach you the rest.
• Capable of welcoming guests, checking in, serving meals and assisting guests as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
