Job summary

Premier Inn in Epsom is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to greet guests, assist with check-in, and support breakfast service and general hotel needs. You will help answer questions, resolve issues, and contribute to a smooth guest experience.

The role is permanent, with a guaranteed 18 hours per week, and shifts include evenings and weekends. No prior hotel experience is required, and training is provided to help you grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No previous hotel experience required.
• Friendly, helpful approach and good communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals as needed.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy times.
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
