Premier Inn Felixstowe Town Centre is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service. You’ll answer questions and help resolve issues, keeping reception and public areas inviting while supporting teammates during busy periods.

Shifts include evenings and weekends; the role offers a permanent contract with full training and career development opportunities within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No formal hotel experience required.

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service and alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems

• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
