Job summary

Premier Inn Eastbourne is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service to ensure an enjoyable stay. You’ll be part of a busy team delivering friendly, personal service across reception, restaurant and public areas.

Shifts include evenings and weekends. You’ll receive full training and a permanent contract, with opportunities to develop within Premier Inn as you gain experience in hospitality roles.

Qualifications

• No prior hotel experience required.
• Friendly and helpful attitude appreciated.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service
• Answer questions and help resolve guest issues
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy periods
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
