Job summary

Premier Inn Wakefield City North is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast or dinner service. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure the reception, restaurant, and public areas are well-presented throughout shifts that include evenings and weekends.

There’s no requirement for hotel experience; you’ll receive full training and join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required
• Friendly and helpful with ability to stay calm in busy periods
• Willing to learn the rest of the role

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
