Whitbread PLC is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for Sittingbourne Kent Premier Inn. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in and serve breakfast or dinner, contributing to a smooth guest stay. No hotel experience is required; friendly, calm and helpful colleagues thrive here.

This permanent role offers 18 hours per week with shifts including evenings and weekends. Training is provided and there are opportunities to grow across Premier Inn sites within Whitbread.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, enjoy helping people and staying calm when busy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
• Help keep hotel running smoothly
