Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for the Maidstone/Sevenoaks Premier Inn. The role involves welcoming guests, checking them in, and serving breakfast or dinner. You’ll work across shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a busy hotel environment, with full training and support provided.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and helpful attitude.
• Ability to stay calm during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals and work behind the bar.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensure guests are looked after from arrival to departure.
