Job summary

Premier Inn in Sittingbourne is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy.

No two shifts are the same and you’ll often work in different parts of the hotel. This permanent role offers 18 guaranteed hours per week, pay up to £13.06 per hour, training from day one, and benefits like a pension and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
